Dude, you have to refer to milk in terms of gallons and fractions of gallons. You don't say "32 oz glass." You say "a quarter gallon." It sounds bigger, lol. :D
 
oh, i just drank it out of the cup from taco bell that said 32 oz....lol

i am working on a gallon and a half of milk today though
 
That's a good point. Being lactose intolerant would be hell, but I still have a couple of friends who just don't like it at all. Then again, some people don't like red meat which COMPLETELY baffles me.
 
Milk is key. It makes you poo though, lol. I heard Paul Anderson used to drink 2 gallons/day. I usually take in 1 gallon.
 
i drink a half gallon a day. its easier to down when its low fat chocolate milk, but skims good too, just not as good.

i made the mistake the other night. i hadnt had a lot to eat, and realized i needed food becuase of the competition on saturday so i drank a half gallon of choc milke 8 eggs and 2 protein shakes blended together.......... it filled up the entire blender.

only the stupid thing was i drank it all within 10 minutes.................it was :sick: all night but i never did puke though..........(becuase if i did i would have had to eat something else.)

Good luck slobber.............. i think the main reason for the difference in weights on you skwat and deathlift is your hamstrings.

I drink a gallon a day. That's the easiest way to gain weight. It sure does make you poo..lol. I'm not sure why.
