SKWAT: 225x5 315x4 405x3 495x1 565x5 (no belt, no wraps)
My previous PR was 545x5, so this was good. I still suck at skwat though, compared to DL.
ONE LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 90x8, 8
STANDING CABLE CRUNCHES: warmups, then.......210x1 230x1
just felt like maxing out on these for some reason
Then I ate 5 roast beef sandwiches from Arby's. You can get them for only 5.95. I'm still hungry though. What should I eat next?
