before i broke my hand, I was doing a 5x5 and i had been doing it for a month and a half, and i was not seeing size gains.. I know its a strength routine but i should have a seen a little bit of gains right? All that I saw was that my left tri and pec got bigger than my right. three months later I've just been doing Chest/tris/shoulders monday, back bis wednesday, and a little bit more chest tris on friday. I've been doing this for like a little bit over a week and ive seen more size gains than i did in a month and a half.. whats the deal?
