Lol ya im fully retarded... anyways think how jacked you would get doing this, and honestly after doing it for a bit it would be like cardio. Especially part 2&3 omg over 200 lifts damn! And i know my mentality in the gym, sometimes i just get so stoked dont take any breaks and a couple times ive puked lol
