That's fucking insane. I winced a little at the bounces, but when you're lifting THAT, you can't baby the weight at all.

Notice how his delts are both huge and balanced. You can tell that he does lots of side and rear delt work in addition to the pressing.

Shoulders like that have an assload of functional strength.
