500mgs of sust for 12 weeks or 750mgs for 8 weeks??

My last cycle about 3.5 months ago i did 500mgs of sust with 400mgs of deca , i`ll be starting a cycle soon of sust/EQ/dbol/fina....and i have a choice to use 750 of sust for 8 weeks or 500 for 12 weeks or i`m thinking about maybe getting 3 more amps and do the 500mg for 12 weeks and tapper it up in the middle for 750, and tapper it back down to 500mgs what do you think??

So how did your last cycle go.....What are your stats before and after.....And was it your first cycle.Thanks
 
My last cycle i`ve gained a good 25lbs i`m currently 175lbs.. i`ve done 2 more small cycles before that but didn`t use any clomid and lost most of it and it was so long ago i cant really remember what it was.

I disagree! I think your body will want to accept the gains you make over 12 weeks easier than the gains over 8 weeks. I have always had an easier time keeping my gains with moderate doses and longer durations.

Slopain, please explain your reasoning. I usaully agree with most of you info, but would like to hear your views.

I usually stop making gains after 8 weeks, so i am going to keep all my cycles 8 or under. It is different for everyone of course.
 
I usually slow down around the 8th week too, but those extra weeks solidify my gains. I usually put on another 5lbs after week 8. I usually go to week 10, not 12. I believe those extra couple of weeks plays an important role in keeping gains.

Gains slow down considerably after week 8-10 500mg is a nice lil # but from weeks 7-12 I dont think he will see anymore gains. He will gain more with 8 weeks of 750 (a nice sized mg for test).
 
What about my thoery about solidifying those gains.Giving your body time to adjust to those gains is important to me. If I just stop gaining and stop, my body want to lose weight faster.
 
to solidufy gains, a different roid should be used. When you stop the sust @ week 8, you should add fina, winny, anavar, primo, etc. to help with keeping your gains.

Hit everything hard, then stop that @ week 8. Add fina in the end solidify gains.
 
That is not entirely true. If you stay on a certain steroid for say 12 weeks and you stop gaining after week 8, you are solidifying your gains for 4 weeks. This is true, because it always works for me. Changing gear is the optimal way to do this, but is possible to do by extending your cycle and lowering your dose.

"Solidifying" gains is a word that is used often but really in most cases is just a concept not reality. What lawnsaver is trying to convey (I think) is a cycle then a bridge of sorts - only the AS Stack and gear remain the same. (like he cycled with 500mg sus then he bridged for 4 weeks with 500mg sus as well).

Solidifying is nothing more than staying at the same weight for a longer period of time then needed - muscle is muscle period. ITs not like some muscle is more permanenat than others - true some muscle will come off after the cycle (either way) but the extra 4 weeks on doesnt do much more than extend that period, while the tradeoff being less gains up front than going with the 8 weeker at the higher dosage.
 
The main point I'm making is that the longer your body has to "remember" these new gains, the better chance of keeping them. I have tried 1 6 week cycle and 1 8 week cycle and they both yielder good gains, but I lost a higher % on those than on my other 3 10-12 week cycles. This is just what works for me in terms of keeping gains.

I agree....That's exactly what I was going to say. At 750mg per week for 8 weeks, his test levels will be significantly elevated through week 10 or maybe even longer. I always continue to get stronger until week 10 or 11 when I use Sust for 8 weeks.
 
So 750 for 8 weeks is the way to go??

Suspention - i`m doing the same exact cycle but the EQ will go for 12 weeks@400mgs a week and then i`ll hit the fina, will start week 6-12...
