"Solidifying" gains is a word that is used often but really in most cases is just a concept not reality. What lawnsaver is trying to convey (I think) is a cycle then a bridge of sorts - only the AS Stack and gear remain the same. (like he cycled with 500mg sus then he bridged for 4 weeks with 500mg sus as well).
Solidifying is nothing more than staying at the same weight for a longer period of time then needed - muscle is muscle period. ITs not like some muscle is more permanenat than others - true some muscle will come off after the cycle (either way) but the extra 4 weeks on doesnt do much more than extend that period, while the tradeoff being less gains up front than going with the 8 weeker at the higher dosage.
