you need to likely see a doctor, get a full health examination and then speak to a nutritionist.. NOT use "test or cutting agents" whatsoever
 
I have theyvwant me to do the phentermine diet which is crap. I tried ozempic and had a bad reaction for 7 days straight. My test levels are 87 so I do a half c a week of cipionate 200

i'm sorry for your experiences so far. diabetes medications do more harm than good and aren't long term solutions. 0% success rate with them long term and 90% of people end up worse so forget solving this with a pill. if such a thing existed nobody in america would be obese.
you have a lot of stored fat on your frame and we need to get rid of it

as far as your pituitary issue, you need to see a damn good specialist. so far you have seen what i call hand me down doctors. these are the guys who are more worried about their golf game or their 401K to give you the time of day. they are clowns. see a good doctor, they exist you just have to check online reviews. if you live in the USA i have found the best doctors are foreigners who got into medicine for the right reasons and not for just $$$. these are the doctors i see and trust with my health and they have always done me right

We have a guy on the island I live on who was fat too but he started to exercise and eat fresh Portuguese food and he lost a lot of weight
 
i would get you on a different diet if i was advising you
not sure what you are eating now

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

That's a good one I've tried every diet known to man. My pituitary gland is shrunken pretty bad so it's extremely hard to keep off the weight. I eat pretty clean and not as much as you would think. I dint eat any sweets
Have you ever tried semigultide, metformin or GW for aid in weight loss ? Also you should post up a daily day of eating with foods calories fats carbs protein etc, we can help better that way by understanding more about you.
 
Metforman didn't do anything differently. Ozempic put me in a fib raise my pulse over 200 bpm for a solid 7 days so that's a no no. Mt eating is half ass today for breakfast I had honey nut cherrios and watermelon at lunch I had two slices of pizza few hours later I ate half a turkey sub. For dinner I ate a turn sandwich from Arby's. I know that's all crap bit it's a huge improvement I'm not a diabetic bp is 160s over 85 to 90 cholesterol is good test levels is 81 points

I think your gonna have to start pre making your food so you can make the right choices. My friend was in the same boat eating fast food all the time. Once I got him prepping his food he is doing a lot better and it's much easier for him to stay on track.
Also, what does your daily activity look like? 10-15min walks a few times per day go a long way.
If you are serious about losing this weight you need to make yourself a priority. I know that tough with a little one but you need to carve out time to work on yourself. You wanna see that little guy grow up!!!

I'm 47 I have two adult kids and 5 grandchildren I run equipment and let's be totally honest I'm lazy as it gets I get up and move around but u don't take walks haven't exercised in years I don't go in stores always have everyone get stuff for me I'm a lot worse then I thought as I sit here and write this out. I thought about ordering factor meals but that's just being lazy still
 
You need to get your diet in order and look into weight loss surgery
Surgery is not a option my mind won't accept it I'm too proud I need someone to follow me around with a cattle prod. I just need to get started a good diet plan a realistic plan and the working out part I just need to start

Well you are acknowledging some of your issues. That's a great start. Little things add up.
Park a little further and go into the store.
10 min walk after each meal.
No reason not to order the meals. If you always have something made for you than it's a lot easier to make the right decisions.
Have you spoken to your doctor about weight loss surgery? There is a guy on EVO that had the surgery and lost over 100lbs. Look for him over there and connect with him.( Link below) .Maybe he can help you get started as he has been in your shoes.
