ANYONE KNOW WHAT THESE GUYS ROUTINES ARE LIKE OR WHAT WEIGHT THEY PUSH/SQUAT/PRESS WHATEVER. I HEARD THAT L SAID HE COULD BENCH 315 FOR 15 REPS IN AN INTERVIEW.

Chill out sisters, it's a valid question. I'm actually a professional strength competitor and am looking for good solid physiques that I'd be able to tone down my gut to and possibly acquire some of their routines to do so.
If you are all so overwhelemd with insight, enlighten me please.

If you're a professional strength competitor (assuming you're telling the truth) why do you want to know the routines of actors and musicians who you're probably bigger/stronger than anyway? Just do cardio or eat less fat to lose your gut.
 
Just a question, but if you're a professional strength athlete, then why do you care what your gut looks like?

I've competed the last three years in Canada's Storngest Man competition and the reason I'd like to reduce my guts is so I can hopefully adapt more to the change of the events. For example, if I can reduce my gut it will increase my wind and provide me with more air, stamina and endurance (providing on my methods of eliminating my guts). This in turn should make me a better competitor and help me start kicking more ass.

Plus, my girl will like it more to.

If you are wanting to know answers on how to make your gut smaller, then you are going about it in the wrong way.

Take your original post for example:

if you were a professional athlete in any kind of strength sport..... you would not have to ask how to loose your gut, and further more you would not have to be told that your gut size and your wind capaciaty are 2 different things......... i know lots of skinny wife beater club memebers who cant run a mile without their lungs exploding.

you need to be put out to pasture, so that you could graze with the likes of ssalexss and nclifter.

Cool. How does canada's strongest man work? Is there a qualifier then heats then a final? Hugo is in amazing shape currently(favorite for wsm I would think). He probably kicked everybodies ass.

looking to lose muscle? if you've come this far as a pro strongman...you should understand how to drop bodyfat/make weight. diet diet diet diet diet, increase work/cardio/gpp.....

For the record, Exodus trains Westside. No high reps there.

And he recently squatted nearly 500lb wearing only a belt and light knee wraps.

Oh and he doesn't have a sister either.
