ANYONE KNOW WHAT THESE GUYS ROUTINES ARE LIKE OR WHAT WEIGHT THEY PUSH/SQUAT/PRESS WHATEVER. I HEARD THAT L SAID HE COULD BENCH 315 FOR 15 REPS IN AN INTERVIEW.

Cool. How does canada's strongest man work? Is there a qualifier then heats then a final? Hugo is in amazing shape currently(favorite for wsm I would think).
