Regarding the 50-20-30 protein,carbs, fat diet....I have a few questions.....

1. Should I still taken in 5% less than maitenance?

2. Should I Carb up one day a week? maybe eat 50%carbs, 30%fat, 20%protein.....?

3. Will my muscles be to flat at 20% carbs??? that is my reason for the carb up!!!!!

Thanks for all the help and i like these new ratios since I am used to Duchaines 1/3 is Caloric Diet...but I am not seeing the progress like I used to....Later........

1)Yes, you should try to have 2-3 days below maintenance (5-10%) then 2-3 days at maintenance, then 1-2 days above (5-10%) maintenance.
EXAMPLE:
Day:
1: BMR-5%
2: BMR-10%
3: BMR
4: BMR
5: BMR-15%
6: BMR+5%
7: BMR+10%

2) Yes, on day 6 and 7 (for example) you can add some low-GI carbs to make the ratios 50/30/20

3)at 20% carbs, your muscles might be falt, and might be not, for me, I stay hard at 20% carbs, but some ppl. go flat
...that's the problem with iso., plus, with Isocaloric I don't see the protein as an adequate ratio (it is a good diet though)

Diamond...If he was so smart then why the fuck did his heart fail and he died at such a young age...He wasnt SMART< HE WAS HOWEVER A RISK TAKER......And God Bless him because he has provided us with a lot of Information.....Mr.X is a DIET GURU as Dan was A Pharmaceutical GURU!!!!
