Yup, they thought it was unloaded and had been doing it for 10 mins before the cylinder with.the round in it finally set into firing position.

Fucking moron. My dad and aunts/uncles we torn up over it pretty bad.

I was like 5 so didn't really know wtf was going on

If its loaded I say "its fucking loaded". If its not I hand it to them with the slide locked open and no mag in it. Or with the cylinder open.

In my pics I take out the mag clear the gun 3 times dry fire it then do it with my finger off the trigger and not cocked I don't care who you are an empty not cocked gun can't do anything
 
Tr00 story:

When I was a kid my older cousin was at his friend's house after HS basketball practice, looking at his dad's new .357 revolver. They were 16 so still dumb as fuck. They kept acting like they were shooting each other and themselves, except they were really pulling the trigger. My cousin got up to leave, and says 'you can have my savings and baseball cards' and puts the gun to his head and blows his fucking brains all over the floor.

I'm comfortable around few people with guns. People are fucking stupid. A guy I know was showing off his new pistol at the poker table, a few weeks ago, passing and waving it around all while its loaded. I took the mag and one out of the chamber. should've broken it down and given it back in pieces. so fucking stupid

5'10, almost 72" reach though. I hit 380 at around 195 over the summer.

Just saying 230 benching 270 is hitting the juice premature, no matter your height.

Looking at him he is way passed his genetic limit.
Fuck he is luck to have lived this long.

I don't bench to risky for my old shoulders i use dumbells and i do high reps. But sometimes you shut the fucking punks at the gym up.
It was military and is in a rack seated. But that's still heavy.

I was on tren/winny and training in a 5/3/1 rep scheme. If I'd have stayed on, I probably could've gotten more. joints were pretty torn up. that's not all that impressive, IMO.

I hit 500 for a double, attempted a triple on deads a few hours ago. I was more proud of that

It was before I ever had internet. Not that I would have listened anyways at that age. I used nolva too my first cycle. Ate like shit too. Didnt eat enough. Still completely recomp'd everything. 6'0" 180-185 IIRC when I was done.

I never really cared much about it either until recently. A good bro has gotten into powerlifting lately and I've gotten into it a little. Feel like I look like shit though

I'm stronger than ever and will be shooting for a competition this coming summer

not to take away your shine, and i did watch the video so i believe...but why do it seated in the smith rack?
that's not really a military press, should be done standing with a barbell imo to be called a MP.
 
Because that is how I do it, and my knee sux. They cut out most of my miniscus in my right knee. No cussion for pushin.

but why not use a barbell instead of the smith?
and i'm not implying this is you...but i see a lot of bros using the leg press (as opposed to squat rack) so they can look bad ass stacking 10 plates on each side...they could save themselves the effort of plate loading that much and free weight squat with 225 for a better effect.
think the same is true for pressing?

the smith machine takes all the stabilizer muscles out of the lift. you can't call it a seated military press on the smith.

that said, it's still a damn good lift. I def can't load the smith with 315lbs and press it over my head twice

My leg press max is more than 10 plates!

I'm in that weird area right now where i'm too big for physique but too small for full blown BB comp

double all your doses, add slin+HGH, eat twice as much as you are now.

I weigh 235.
I need to drop 12lbs of fat.
That is what I am working on for the next few months.
I don't know how much I could do standing.
I haven't done that lift since high school. I was a scrawney fuck in high school.
