I do 6 sets of 10 230...fuck going heavy. I have never hit 380lbs on the bench and I'm 5 11 250lbs...I smell bs

I was on tren/winny and training in a 5/3/1 rep scheme. If I'd have stayed on, I probably could've gotten more. joints were pretty torn up. that's not all that impressive, IMO.

I hit 500 for a double, attempted a triple on deads a few hours ago. I was more proud of that
 
Damn strait not to give bad advice but that's how the the pros do it

It was before I ever had internet. Not that I would have listened anyways at that age. I used nolva too my first cycle. Ate like shit too. Didnt eat enough. Still completely recomp'd everything. 6'0" 180-185 IIRC when I was done.

Ya I never really max out bench I should've tried when I was younger

that's damn good lifts, if you can do it

I have video of two reps at 315. I did the ten reps a few min before.
