Heynow, great board, hope someone can give me advise... Here is my quick history:
Ist time in the gym at age 40. Went in 6' tall 240lbs 37" waist.
After a year of hard work got down to 168lbs 31" waist. (using ECA stack, strict dieting, religious workout schedule)
Started building muscle several months to 185lbs, THEN let myself go

NOW just joined a gym again, weighing in @195lbs, 34" waist.
My plan is to cut the carbs, go light on ECA, (are those new non-eca supps any good?), and gat back to simple routine. (5min cardio, 1/3 body, 20min cardio).
I feel I can do it again and stay long term. I feel before I try to build any substantial muscle I need to rip off some fat.
I just dont want to crash out. (I blew out a calf a few months ago doing donkey lifts too much too fast).....
My head is OK, but i seem to have to limit myself as I cant do what I could, although I find it easy to blow through the pain.... need to keep it simple like day 1 I guess.
My supp useage in the past has been limited to ECA, creatine, good multi vitamins, and a few cycles of andros.
Anyone who has been where I have been? Would be great to meet up with some folks who can help guide me a bit.
My goal is (from past experiences) to get down to approx 170 then start building. I figure no andros or such until i lose the fat right? My old doctor wanted to put me on a cycle of RX Decca after checking all my enzymes etc..... but I laxed out right there.
I prefer to see what I can do on my own. If anyone has pointers to a good routine (yeah I know there are tones everywhere), appreciate it.
FWIW, I have skinny joints, not too much muscle fiber, please ask me anything you need that may help.
