I am 6-02/245. bodyfat is probably 10%. I competed in the 242-275 weght class.

You guys are right, that pause at the chest is a bitch!

I was going to ask you if you where at the same meet that I was in but I also took 1st place at the 242# class unless you are a sub master or master. My lift where almost exactly the same. 360, 385 and I just misses 400. I went raw this time also. Great Job.
