Im 205 lb, BMR 2125 of (Used Harris-Benedict Equation. Im eatin aprox 2200-2300 calories a day and doing cardio (elliptical) twice a day (45min moderate to high intensity) 6 times a week.

Will dividing my calories into a 35/32/32 spread make a huge difference in my weight loss compared to a 40/40/20? Thanks.

everybody's different, you have to find what works best for you. But if 40/40/20 is working go with that for now and when you hit a wall just swich it to 40/30/30...then when progress slows on that go low carb/carb cycling. I feel this is the best way to preserve muscle mass
