4 weeks fat/weight loss

I have 4 weeks to lose the most fat, weight that I gained for the past month from eating unhealthy, cheating, binging.. What would be the best calories break down for a fast fat/weight loss for the next 4 weeks?
my training routine: cardio= 4 times a week (30-45 minutes)
weights= 4 times a week
Im a 22 year old female
 
Stop eating and take drugs!
No seriously, how much fat/weight are you trying to loose? and are you using any supplements to "enhance" your metabolism? Why only 4 weeks?

my new years resolution is to get big and fat, then cut. LOL well something like that. Seeing how i've been on a permanent bulk for almost a year(had a e/d..long story) But i know i have a higher b/f than most but i dont have because i know if i can go from 200 to 160 from a normal restr. diet and exercise , i know i can get my b/f down again.
 
I want to look lean again by new years eve/day .... Im just afraid that 4 weeks is not enough time
 
Key Is Diet. The Secret To Losing Weight Is Mostly All Diet. Make Sure You Count Carbs On The Things You Eat And Try To Eat (if Possible) Every Three To Four Hours. Small Meals, Eat A Lot More Protein Than Anything And Drink Tons Of Water. Cardio And Weights And You Don't Need To Take Drugs But I Find That Supplements Help Speed Up Your Metabolism. Try Glucorell-r (take 15-20 Min Before Having Any Carbs) And/or Thermorexin, And/or The Topical Fat Burner (yomiburn).>> Forgot The Correct Spelling.

I do eat every 3 hours, every meal consisting protein & carbs or protein & fat.. These were my meals yesturday


8:00- 1/2 Cup Oats, 1/2 Cup Egg Whites, 3 Egg Whites, Cinnamon
11:00- 1 Apple, 1 Scoop Whey, SF Choc. Syrup
2:00- 1/2 Cup Fiber One, 1 Can Tuna, Cucumbers, Amino Acid & ACV
5:00- 1 Low Carb Yogurt (kroger Brand), 1 Scoop Whey
7:45- 1/2 Cup FF Cottage Cheese, 2 Egg Whites, 5 Fish Oil, Lettuce, Cucumbers, Onions

Not too bad. You should incorporate more protein (chicken/turkey)to your diet and more veggies. ...don't forget the veggies...lol...
