True but chances are a lot better finishing lower. I'm not exactly sure how it works but yes, could even end up with first pick with lottery.

Bottom five can move up only by one spot. finishing second to last could give you first pick. Not a great draft year but first two picks are said to be can't miss prospects. Both Russians; Yakupov #1 and Grigorenko #2
