When its Negative ( - ) for a team, the High number goes in the RIGHT side box of odds. (trust me people will jump on it if you put it in the left side )
When its Positive ( + ) for a team the High number goes in the LEFT box for the odds. ( that team pays out more than wagered)
IE:
Phoenix -200 Odds box- 100 to 200 <--Favored team, lower payout
Nashville+200 odds box- 200 to 100 <--- Underdogs, higher payout.
The different lines for the same game is just different betting spots odds.
OPEN is what the odds opened at and are usually just a starting point for the games odds. (I only use the OPEN odds when I put a game up Early)
Other sports are usually set up 9/10
Meaning you win 9 for every 10 wagered
Just start with OVER/ UNDERS first. And a simple 9/10 payout.
