HI all,

This is my first post every on any fitness forums, what better way to introcuce myself than to get straight to the buisness!

Info:
Age: 28
Height: 6,1"
Weight: 170lbs
Build Type: Ecto
Goal weight: 182-189lbs ripped not "big"
Fat % Goal: 9-10 (less if possible through diet if only for a few months, summer)
Additional supps: CNP pro mass proffessional, milk thistle tabs, alpha male advanced mutli vitamin, omega 3 fish oils, creatine (prefer to get it naturaly from reds but always chuck some in with my shake)

Previous cycle one: (dont diss i was only sticking my toes in at this point) British dragon Dbol pyramid cycle 8 weeks) 20-30-40-40-50-40-40-30 mg's. Great mass gains, water retantion not much, no sides apart from horni 24/7. Pleasing results.

Previous cycle 2: BD dbol 30 mgs p/day (4 weeks), bd andropen 275 @ 300mg/pweek (12 Weeks) tri tren (last 8 weeks) 300mgs p/week. Nova was used as a got sensative nips at the peak, 2 months pct climid. Everything back to normal great gains (looked FANTASTIC when tri tren kicked in for sure) hardly any sides apart from achy balls during pct but i have been told this can be normal as they start to kick in naturaly again.

Iam now warming up to my 3rd cycle after an 8 month detox from it all manly focusing on eating very clean and drinking loats of green tea and milk thistle tabs religiously to get my liver stable again. All seems fine to start again. feeling good and healthy.

Instead of my asking what i should take let me tell what i have at my disposal ready to go.

5 vials bd andropen 275
3 vials bd tri tren
240 tabs oxybol 50mg (seen great reviews)
2 months supply of clomid/ nova on hand.

Id like to work with what ive got as i dont have much money to buy a whole new setup and from experience andropen and tri tren seem to have blinding results for me. Could anyone suggest a good cycle, working with what i have?

As you may tell im not an expert on this but i know eniough to be sensible with it. I prefer to do little and often rather than lots in one hit. I have never gone past 300 mg/s per week, please bear that in mind :)

I thought id come on and see what you experts think on this. Would love your feedback and knock me down if you feel im doing shit wrong and i'll get back up and put it right.

i don't get why after 2 cycles you are still 170 at 6 1. you have a diet issue going on here. i think we need to fix that or you will continue wasting time and money on cycles that get you nowhere

Its mainly because during my 8 month break i thought id give teh p90x a go for a challenge. I followed their diet because it was clean, but i lost alot of bulk during it. Im not to fussed about my weight, its more how i hold that weight that counts, my 'physique' if you will. I lost alot after my cycle, i was 193 lbs at the end of my second cycle 8 months ago.
 
Sounds to me like you need to eat. You need to know what to eat and when to eat it. You can find that around here. Maybe post up in the dieting section.
 
^^ ok, well thats all okay that was kinda the plan, i was planning on doing that anyway, i should be able to get back up there in around 2 months, end of July to start my cycle. Just needed to hit my personal barrier first of course.

I know when to do it, its more; what cycle would you suggest with what i have got at my disposal when the time comes?

All i wanted to know is dosage and duration of my third cycle with what ive got so WHEN THE TIME COMES i know what im doing.

It looks like your trying to get your posts up to be honest...especially the previous poster...You just repeated exactly what the other guy said.
