3rd cycle critique

This will be my third cycle. Have I gone wrong in any way with this? I have only have 1g of Eq and it expires soon so I must get rid of it now, that is why i am throwing it in for only five weeks. I have Arimidex and clomid all which i will use. Nolvadex also on hand.

*My first cycle was 1.5 years ago. It included 6 weeks of
omna @ at 250 a week. I also took two shots of deca 200
that a friend gave that he had extra.
*My second cycle was 1/2 a year ago. It included 8 weeks of
omna and eq----400 a week of each

I am 6', 210 lbs, ~5-6% bf. I am a hard-gainer and have naturally
low bf
Been training serious/hard for three years.
