it looks like your midsection is bending forward to descend before your knees break... not sure, but maybe a bit of inbalance/instability... id bet with lower weight it wouldnt be an issue, or possibly if you placed the bar lower on your back...
hmm, i was always told to stick your ass out so your knees stay behind your knees, but now that I look at it I probably should bend my knees at the start as well. Just a technical issue I can get that sorted quickly. Was I deep enough?
depth looks good... honestly your form has really improved... its hard to judge depth in a pair of sweatpants... but i would be pretty confident your squat would get 3 whites (pass) in a PL competition...
they are definately not ATG, but they are still valid squats...
looks good to me, and I KNOW you wont wanna wear chuck tailors and ditch your nike's so another alternative would be just take your shoes off before the set and squat in your socks
I think thats your best vid bro. Youre getting there, keep up the hard work. You might try placing the bar lower on your back just because of the way you squat.
sry to invade gladiator but is it possible for you to go deeper? I go ATG and was contemplating going about as far down as you're going instead. Are there any advantages to breaking parallel but not going ATG?
