Everytime someone posts a negative comment he deletes it. What an ass. He keeps posting that these vids are on here for a specific reason, but he wont say what it is. But stay tuned, hes going to post some vids representing his real knowledge on training. Hahaha.

eh after watching more vids he is a nice guy.. i'm sure he is smart when it comes to certain kinds of fitness more on the diet side. if someone is fat and goes to him i'm sure he can help them lose weight and such.. definately not a guy who would ever train a bodybuilder or powerlifter of course, but i'm sure he would be a good nutritionist. also after watching the opening of the London olympics being corny is a british thing, good lord that entire thing was cheesy as hell !
