31yrs old, in need of a boost, thinking of a 1st cycle

Hey guys,
After a while of researching im lookin for more advanced kind of advice on how to proceed..i am thinking of adding a little spice to my workout coz I really need it..im working out for many years now, in the recent years its more on the crossfit side plus I do muay thai as sort of a hobby..im 85 kg, 183cm, low bf percentage but I cant get pass that..im looking for the athlete/sprinter/gymnast type of physique..want to get shrreded without adding much more muscle, 2-3 kgs is fine..ive been reading a lot about primo, eq, anavar and think thats the way to go for me considering my goals with health as priority..from what I see most of u guys suggest stacking these with test..my question is if a lower dosage of test in a stack will bulk me up too much or is it just to keep my test level normal..coz I dont want to add too much mass(water) but definitely dont want lose my sexdrive..

I like combining weights multiplejoint exercises and running/ sprinting for my physique and certainly know how to keep my diet..i would like more endurance in my cardio and faster recovery periods, actually thats how I first read about eq, after that I found out about all the other things, but u know how it is, u read and read and cant decide..so I just figured I be searching for advice this way, considering my goals..the most important thing is health and my bodys own test levels..

Is it possible to use the gear as sort of a little booster, not becoming much bigger, make the training more fun if u know what imean, like I said recover quicker, feel stronger and faster and get the results i want..would there be good results with lower dosages (i know thats relative)? does it make sense in order to keep side effects at minimum to use these lower dosages considering i am first timer and i want to keep it safe plus im not looking into bulking up much?

Any tips are welcome and will be appreciated..thanks
btw..the profile pic is my recent form and i look more or less the same all year round so that will be my starting point, just want get that harder, more defined look
