The virgin receptors thing is a myth.
If you stop all roids for a year you will get the same results from the same dosage (it will only be tempered by the fact that you are now closer to your genetic limit after your last cycle - one would hope anyway).
I think this theory came about because everyone goes on and off and runs mutliple cycles per year. The "time on = time off" equation may bring HPTA back to acceptable recovery but I don't feel the body has completely adjusted yet. There seems to be more to it than HPTA recovery.
I've proved this on myself many times. In the past I used 1-2 years between several cycles and almost always waited a minimum of 6-8 months after a 6-8 week cycle. I never really had to increase the dosages much. Hell, one of my last cycles was 200mg of deca for 6 weeks (shoulder rehab) and I exploded with growth and gained almost 20 lbs. very unexpectedly. I kept 15 of it 1 year out.

So that's my opinion and theory. It is a waste of virgin recpetors only if you plan on cycling several more times this year and are trying to put on 40 lbs. I think the Anavar cycle being suggested will provide the results desired for the user with minimal sides and an acceptable retention rate.
