Read this! I agree very much with what it says (there are some minor errors) Too bad that the text is too big to be cut and pasted.


Whats your opinion on these 30 lies?

Some of the lies seem to be rather incomplete...

23 -- Training with weights causes...
for example causes lots of things... including muscle growth believe it or not!!!!!!!!

9 -- You can't grow if

why is this a lie? you can't grow eg if you train your ass off 6hrs a day, and eat 1000cals a day !

some are rather incomplete, i definetely second that. im unimpressed by the list.:(
 
fellas, click on the link and it will have the complete phrases and a pharagraph or two on each one. those are just the beginnings of each one. for example, #9 is not "You can't grow if...", but rather, "You can't grow if you only lift each body part once a week." Click on the link he left and it will be more complete. just trying to help...

Now that I read it, it does have some alright info...
