Ok Bros. 3 wks till contest day. Ready or not I need some kinda critique/feedback on what else can be done other than the normal cardio/cutting/depletion thing.
5'6, 165lbs., 43yo My 1st contest Aiming for Novice light wt. class need to lose 11 more lbs.(no problem) just trying to not lose anymore muscle that I've already lost while losing wt.
