OK, last time Chicago was in ATL they lost by 3. Then the Bulls go on a 7 (I think) gam win streak. 2 weeks ago ATL comes to ORD and goes home getting spanked by 18 points.

This is a tough call, but I think I am going to go with the Bulls. Even though they have had some tough road games against the likes of New Jersey.
