2nd cycle help

Hello guys I have finished with my first cycle test-e 500mg/week for 12 weeks n also finished my pct. So now I'm planning to start my 2nd cycle which will be TEST-enathate-500/week, equipoise-250 mg/week and aromasin 12.5 mg EOD. So It wud be really helpful if u guys tell me if dis cycle is perfect or do I need to do any changes in it. STATS:- body weight-155 lbs, height- 5.7 inches,

Eq is a long ester so 16 week is perfect with test e 500mg with Ai.then follw pct with clomid and nolva

Your second cycle looks great to me! A very smart and effective lay out for a second cycle.

This is how I would run your cycle:
Weeks 1 - 12
Testosterone e 500mg/week
EQ 250-300mg/week
aromasin 10-12.5mg EOD

The cycle is looking good, but you should not start another cycle right after finishing your PCT. The golden rule of thumb in regards to cycle frequency says that you need to take a break from AAS use that is equal to cycle duration + PCT time. For instance, if you had a 12 week cycle, then waited 2 weeks for the PCT, and then did a 4 week PCT, you would get a 12+2+4=18 weeks of break that are necessary for a complete recovery before the next cycle.

If you want to run EQ, make the cycle for 16 or 18 weeks instead.

Also, bump the EQ dosage to at least 500 or so

I like EQ at 600mg per week but would recommend at least 400. I think 250mg per week is too low in my opinion. The rest looks good. Make sure you run a comprehensive PCT and donate blood twice while running a cycle (especially with EQ).
