2nd Cycle, Hardgainer

Thanks for all the tips guys.

I've done some reading on sarms and they seem intriguing. I think I will add LGD into my cycle plans. I'd like to save the GW and S4 for after though, and run the triple stack with Osta.

I looked at N2Slin, and it seems very similar to Animal M-Stak, which I have been taking for years. I will switch over to N2Slin to see if it works better. Thanks for the suggestion!

I've found that what works best for me diet wise, is for it not to be too clean. I've gone the route of pounding chicken and rice every 2 hours before, and that had little to no effect.

Also, I love Milk!

Guys can we stop just throwing out names of supplements and set him up with a diet..

The chicken and rice route is ok if your looking to lean out but you won't make any inroads as regards weight gain.. If your a true hardgainer/ ectomorph you will put on very little fat regardless of what you eat. Pound down the pasta, beef, oats and eggs.. hell ice cream and pizza as well. If you gain a little bit of fat you can easily lose it I'd your and ecto..

The rice and chicken route is what pro want your to believe they are eating and it took me a while to figure out that it's bullshit..

I think I could honestly eat McDonalds and Pizza everyday, for every meal and not gain much fat. But, I don't think that is the healthiest route to take. Also, I believe someday my metabolism will slow down a bit, so I want to have some what healthy eating habits in place so I don't wake up 300 pounds one day.. or diabetic.

The meals I eat now are basically just things I enjoy, but are also calorie dense with sufficient amounts of protein, carbs, and fats. Then I have the mass gainer smoothy with each one to make sure I am getting fruits, veggies, and healthy fats.

Perfect. Enjoy your food. It's a lifestyle not punishment.
