2nd Cycle, Hardgainer

Looking for some advice from the seasoned vets here. Currently getting things around for my 2nd cycle, wanted to know what you guys think about it.

First, a little bit about me. I am 24, 6'1, 180 pounds on a good day. Body fat I would guess is around 8-9%. I am an extreme hard gainer. The kind of person that can eat whatever he wants and not gain weight. It's not all bad, but when your goal is to be big and muscular, it kind of sucks. I have been active and into sports basically my entire life, but have been more dedicated with lifting the last 3 years. I started at 145, skinny and lanky, and now am a solid 180. I know I will never be able to be "huge", but I would still like to become bigger. My weight gaining has really started to stall the last year or so I decided to start cycling. I figured that way it will make my body a lot more anabolic with the increased nitrogen retention. My first cycle was DBol only for 4 weeks, back in Dec. I went from 170 to 185, and settled at 180 after PCT and have been able to maintain that.

Before I get into what I want to run for my cycle, I will tell you about my diet, because I know you will want to know about it. I eat 7 meals a day, sometimes more. Breakfast is 6 whole eggs, with 1 Cup of Oats (dry weight), 2 Bananas, and 12 Oz of Orange Juice. I eat 4 whole meals which are the same. They are either 3 chicken wraps (Chicken, Cheese, Tortilla, BBQ Sauce) or 3 cheeseburgers (Hamburger, Cheese, Buns, Ketchup, Mustard, BBQ Sauce). With those 4 meals I have a homemade mass gainer smoothy that contains 1 banana, 1 Apple, 1 Cup Strawberry, 1 Cup Spinach, 2 Avocado Slices, Flaxseed, and a Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Then I have a Whey Protein shake with Dextrose post workout. Then finally a Casein Protein shake, with Oats, and Peanut Butter mixed in before bed. That all equates to around 4500 calories, 400 grams of protein, 700 grams of carbs, 120 grams of fat.. give or take.

Sorry about the long intro.

For my Cycle, I plan to run Test E at 500mg (split into 2 injections) for 12 weeks. I want to kick start the cycle with Dbol for the first 4 weeks, at 30mg a day. Finally I would like to run Winstrol on the back end from weeks 9-14 at 50mg a day to polish up the gains a bit. I will run aromasin throughout cycle starting at 12.5mg every other day. Cycle and Liver Support is in place for the Orals. I will run HCG at 1000iu a week from weeks 11-14 before PCT. PCT will start at week 15 and will be Clomid, Nolva, and Aromasin, with the Unleashed and Post Cycle Combo. I will most likely add in Osta as-well at 25mg per day.

1-12 Test E 500mg/week
1-4 DBol 30mg/day
9-14 Winstrol 50mg/day
1-14 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
11-14 HCG 1000iu/week

15-18 Clomid 25/25/25/25
15-18 Nolva 20/20/20/20
15-18 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
15-18 Post Cycle/Unleashed
15-18 Osta 25mg/day

Thanks guys. I usually drink a few glasses of Milk in between meals when I am thirsty/hungry. It really is a great way to get extra calories and protein in.

I will be using N2Guard while on the orals. I don't really see much reason for HCGenerate though. Thanks for the advice.
 
not bad at all... just a few things that need added...

run n2guard with both your orals... liver support is not even close to enough... you have to worry about blood pressure, lipids, kidneys, cholesterol, other organs, etc...

run hcgenerate weeks 5-12 and then hcg week 13-14 at 1000 ius week

add gw-501516 weeks 1-14 at 20 mg day... s4 50 mg day weeks 1-12 and lgd-4033 weeks 1-12 at 10 mg day... take advantage of the bogo at SARMS1.COM - The best Selective androgen receptor modulators

add n2guard to pct
 
I don't like milk at all.. bloats the fuck out of me and gives me bad skin.. A lb of 80/20 ground beef has roughly1000 calories. Pound down one of these burgers with cheese and some bacon on top and ice cream afterward will have to putting on size in no time..

I am not an advocate of milk as it kills appetite and has negative health benefits that will impede your results. read my bulker in the diet section.

you are eating wrong, there isn't such thing as a hard gainer. I was 122 pounds in high school because I wasn't eating right. once I learned how to eat it was easy to put on size. if you have a high labor job that can also burn away a lot of mass while you are working so you better be replenishing your calories constantly.

i dont think he ll need GW as he cant put on weight as is. It would still do a lot for endurance, but LGD/S4 certainly have a place in this run......HCG & n2gaurd are very very good ideas.

i would put LGD and S4 up front for the 1st 4wks. get as much of a jumpstart as you can.



Another thing no one really mentioned would be a nutrient partitioner like N2slin. The new verison is coming out soon and id pick up a few bottles. Always take them for your 1st meal of the day and post WO.

it will helpout gaining mass quite a bit and with eating 700g carbs per day it would a good idea. You can feel it working when you pop 2 caps and than start to slam down the whey and dextrose.
