I've been lifting at least 3x a week for 2 years now. My first cycle was last winter and helped to build up my chest, shoulders, and arms. However, my bodyfat is around 18% and I want to get to around 10 - 12%. I'm 5'11", 34" waist, 15.5" arms, 42" chest, and 21.5" thighs.
Goal is to bulk up my chest and arms while cutting fat.
Was planning to do 10cc sust, 10cc equip, and nolvadex for 10 weeks with 4 to 6 hours of intensive cardio each week in addition to current lifting.
