2nd cycle advice

Hello, I'm 29 well 30 in a few weeks... and about to start my second cycle. In the past about 5 years ago I ran a test only cycle and did no PCT. Learned a little bit since then but am still no where near to having the knowledge most members here have. That being said my stats are as follows: 5'10" 214lbs 20%bf. I do weight training 5 days a week and twice a day cardio 5 days a week I run in the am fasted and do low intensity cardio after lifting for 30-45 mins. The cycle I'm going to be starting is 100mg EOD Test Prop and 50mg ED Anavar, I have clomid for PCT. Anything I'm missing? I know my bf should be lower but my body is not wanting to drop weight I eat clean and run my ass off... Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!!
 
How long do you plan on running the Prop and Var?

You will need an AI, on Cycle and in PCT. I'd also throw some HCG towards the end of the cycle.

1-8 Test Prop - 100mg/eod
1-8 Anavar - 50mg/day
1-8 Aromasin - 12.5mg/eod
5-8 HCG - 1000iu/week

9-12 Clomid - 50/50/25/25
9-12 Aromasin - 12.5mg/eod
 
Awesome thank you! I'm running it for 8 weeks so your break down is perfect I'll grab some Aromasin and HCG. Can I do the HCG with my pins of prop so I'm not sticking my self to hell and back in weeks 5-8?
 
No, HCG is not oil based so you cannot mix them.

HCG is just a simple sub-q shot. Takes 10 seconds and is painless.
 
Ok thanks again man it is much appreciated! I don't know anything about HCG at all. Apparently I have some reading to do.

For breakfast I eat 6 egg whites and 2 eggs. After that I eat a half cup of plain oatmeal with one tbsp peanut butter and a scoop of protein. Lunch is 6oz chicken breast (boiled) with 1/2 cup brown rice and broccoli. Before gym is banana and 1tbsp peanut butter in a low carb/low cal wrap. After gym is same as lunch and a protein shake 1 1/2 scoops then I drink 1 scoop of casein before bed. I don't know why I can't get my BF down I do tons of cardio and work my ass of in the gym. I'll take any input I can get!
 
Don't get frustrated bossman, we've all been there...Nutrition is the biggest piece of this puzzle but it's also the hardest.

Peanut butter has a ton of sugar & sodium, shakes (if they're bulk proteins) are generally loaded with fillers, etc.

You may also be eating too much in quantity instead of eating smaller portions more frequently

It's tough to tell, if you could give approximate times, quantities, how the foods are prepared, etc. that would help

Stay away from frozen, processed foods @ all costs
 
I think my problem is quantities and I buy frozen vegetables and eat those. So only fresh stuff? For protein I just have optium nutrition whey and casien. I try to eat breakfast at about 8am then snack at 10am lunch around 1:00pm before gym snack at 2:30 gym at 3:00 then dinner around 5 and I do drink that shake with milk I know I should just use water but damn if its not a good treat. Then depending on my work I drink the last shake like 30mins before bed but that can be anywhere from 8pm-2am. So my diet is shit I guess... What would you recommend I do? Oh and I have a cheat meal sunday night.
