Hello, I'm 29 well 30 in a few weeks... and about to start my second cycle. In the past about 5 years ago I ran a test only cycle and did no PCT. Learned a little bit since then but am still no where near to having the knowledge most members here have. That being said my stats are as follows: 5'10" 214lbs 20%bf. I do weight training 5 days a week and twice a day cardio 5 days a week I run in the am fasted and do low intensity cardio after lifting for 30-45 mins. The cycle I'm going to be starting is 100mg EOD Test Prop and 50mg ED Anavar, I have clomid for PCT. Anything I'm missing? I know my bf should be lower but my body is not wanting to drop weight I eat clean and run my ass off... Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!!
