29 y/o WOMAN on first cycle of Anavar

Hi Guys!

I am a 29 yr old woman, I weigh 120 lbs, and my BF% is 20.8. I started my weight loss at 152 lbs just with cardio and diet, and for the past 5 months I started incorporating weights into my exercise plans.

Workout:
Cardio M/W/F
T/W/TH/F full body workouts (aerobics class at LA Fitness: Body Works Plus Abs)
Abs every other day

However, I want to begin my first cycle of Anavar which is 15MG, but I don't know where to begin or if I should make any changes to my workout plan.

Oh! I take many vitamins already.

Waterweight pills: 2 w/ breakfast / 2 w/ lunch
Tonalin: 1 w/ breakfast - 1 w/ lunch
Vitamin C
Vitamin B12, and B6
Vitamin E

So here are my questions:

When should I take the anavar?
How should I split it up, if I should split it up?
What should I not be eating or drinking while on Anavar?
When should I see results with the anavar?
What exercises should I STRESS while on Anavar?

Please, please, someone help. I know I have a lot of conerns and questions, but I figured someone on here will guide me in the right direction.

Thanks!! Lou

great job on your improvements.. I do not feel you are ready to use var yet only lifting 5 months. give it 5 years and then it will be a different story.

var will increase your strength and harden up your muscles.. but you need to build a muscular base first as a female or you risk injuries this soon. many females I see at the gym who are juiced up I see with wraps, straps, gloves, all over them. this is obviously an issue with their tendons/ligaments which are extremely fragile .. you need to strengthen things first

No one should even be considering steroids after less than a year lifting. Not only do you risk virilization but reproductive health issues. You need to learn how to lift properly, with good form and eat for your goals before you start down the AAS road.

What is your goal right now?
