I don't know personally a lot of those looked pretty useless to me. I would just do most of those wit the barbell regular or with dumbells. However, the floor press one with a lot of weight could be a useful exercise. Other than that, I would only use these if I was rehabbing an injury or something.

Agreed. If you have a shoulder injury then I can see it being decent for rehab, but for normal lifting? Looks pretty homosex to me. I can also imagine with any heavy weight at all that BB might get a mind of its own and go rolling out to the side and flying into somebody.

I was at a gym while on vacation and they had a huge broken window where someone was doing something like this and they messed up

thanks. Out of curiosity, is there anything in there that you noticed you liked? even though i agree that in a lot of cases that stuff isn't worth doing, some of it did look pretty cool

Jefferson lift looks good, calf raise looks like it's tempting a disaster.
