275lb bro going on diet, help (cont'd)

Okay so as suggested in a previous thread I should put my brother... who is 6'1 275lbs at age 15 on a 40/30/30 diet.

Well I took a deficit of bodyweight x 12 = 3300 calories today

I figured out his percentages to be

daily
330g protein
110g fat
247.5g carbs

I have figured out foods for him that meet these requirements, please take a look and critique them here:

If the foods ARE okay... what order should I put them in? He has time to eat about 5 or 6 meals a day... any help would be appreciated
 
holy shit .... 1 cup of corn is 600 cals an 123g of carbs... i never realized .... the foods dont look too bad although corn is a starchy vegetable, make sure that bread is WHOLE wheat or WHOLE grain, regular wheat isnt that much better than white bread, not a big fan of the white potato either.... you may want find different carb sources unless he is gonna be eating corn at every meal, how about some oatmeal for breakfast? If are using the white potato definatly use that post workout ...
 
I don't think those numbers for corn are what your looking for. Look at this one. Everything looks pretty good to me. Try to get him to split his meals into 6 a day, never mixing fat and carbs and see to it that he gets some carbs and protein immediately post workout.
 
hows this look:

Protein Shake
Oat Cereal (mostly carbs/protein)
Milk

While he's at school:
Tuna
Mayo (mostly protein, low fat and low carbs)
2 slices whole wheat

1 chix breast
Potatoe
1 tbsp Margarine
Salt

1 chix breast (Protein/carbs)
Corn

Flaxseed Oil (Protein/fat)
1 whole egg 3 whites

2 slices whole wheat (Mostly protein, low fat and low carbs)
tuna
mayo

Protein Shake (protein/fat)
2 tbsp peanut butter

Floating meal: Protein shake postworkout (we workout sometimes afternoon sometimes night) (protein)


seems like a lot to me.. I guess it might just be since hes a lot heavier than I am and I eat a lot less...
 
Oh and a lot of people have accused me of pretending that I'm my brother because I'm embarrassed or something... posting this just to knock those theories down:
