250 mg Test E / Week

Just wondering if someone here can help me out. A buddy of mine asked me what kind of results he could expect from a 10 -12 week cycle of 250 Test E a week. ( 1 shot a week) He has never done anything before and wanted to know if I knew anyone who has tried this for a first cycle. I didn't know the answer as I have taken that small amount in the past and do not know of anyone I could ask around here. He is 6'2, 215 lbs with about 17 % BF. Works out every other day.
Also PCT if he is just running the TEST cycle.

how old is he?

yes you can see good gains on 250 test a week as long as you stick to a solid diet
 
I have a buddy who is similiar stats to yours and he recently finshed a cycle of 250mgs/week of test e and made some great gains.

As xrsist notes though you MUST get diet in order and commit to training hard.
 
if he's consistent with his diet and training he can make great gains @250mgs a week of enanthate

but you've got to get him dialed in on training and diet for that amount or any amount to work for that matter

rest is the key
proper weight training is the key

250mgs test is more than enough, if you play your cards right you should gain 10-15 solid Lbs

jeez i dont know why people use 500mgs test first cycle it wouldn't really make a difference than 250 if the diet was good, there just blowin out there AR receptors even more, just my 2c

With testosterone enanthate he is going to want to stick himself twice a week. If he says he doesn't want to poke himself twice a week, call him a pussy. :) Peer pressure ftw!!!
 
He is not going to be huge bro....the reality is that he would gain 5 solid lbs of muscle if all is good diet/rest/exercise. Test adds on lots of water so it is not uncommon to lose many lbs after the cycle. I do not think test is the best compound to use by itself, but I;m sure many will disagree but whatever.....



250mg/test week is not all that much and 500mg/week is not going to burn your receptors either.
Your friend will see results but don't expect too much he will be disipointed and that's the real truth :)

yep, twice a week, if he wants to stick only once, he'll need to get some cyp. anyway, xrsist and hyp are dead on. the most important aspect of any training program is diet. as i always say, garbage in = garbage out. pct might look like hcg for 3 weeks after, combined with clomid for 5 or 6 wks. jus my 2.
 
I went from 200 to 220 on 250mg a week for ten weeks.
I studied how to eat and kept my bf round 8 percent the whole time.
I can run 250mg to this day and make great gains.
Its all diet not how much gear you use.
Im still lean (below ten percent) but I hang around 250lb clean these days.
Note I use hcg/clomid every time with no exception.
 
So you went from 200 to 250 on 250mg/week of test in 2-3 cycles and kept your bf under 10%?
I find it hard to believe but nevertheless Impressive!
