Had a client early today so breakfast had to be fast.

Veggie Greens + 1oz goji splash + 5g glutamine

Meal 1
1 scoop whey

20 minutes cardio

Meal 2
1/2 casein, 1/2 whey

Lean body bar

Meal 4
3 oz turkey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1C broccoli

Meal 5
oatmeal blueberry muffin

Meal 6
1 C milk
syntha-6 *I think this is the better tasting protein I have ever had, I feel guilty having it it tastes so good :p*

Right now I'm doing 30 sec all out, 1 second slow pace on the elliptical, I haven't been doing cardio, so my endurance right now sucks bad, lol

The only stinker w/ juicers is that you can't store the juice for very long -- you have to do it right there & then chug it almost. Which makes it hard when you have a full day at work... :(

But they are awesome. Its amazing what you can shove in there.
 
Twiny how does the veggie juice taste? I was thinking about getting one of those.

Sassy oh I know, the new one I got is amazing though, so easy to clean, it's stainless steel, and it extracts alot more juice than my old 1, that I broke :( My goal is to stick in a glass of juice when I get home after work, after training.

Bunny well it depends on what veggies you use, of course you can always make fruit with it also. :) Also I drink it down rather quickly it's not something I'm doing for enjoyment or taste if you know what I mean more for the health benefits, and to keep my body getting to acidity again. There's no room for illness in 2007 for me ;) lol


Daisy, the juice spoils if it's stored and the enzymes are damaged, so it needs to be used right away.

1/2 grapefruit touch of splenda (all out of stevia got to buy more)
1/3C oatmeal
1 scoop protein
3 fish oil
1 multi
1 ginseng cap.


Veggie juice (celery, pasley, spinach, carrot, beet, red and orange pepper)

Meal 2
shake

Meal 3
3oz roast beef
1/2C rice
lots of salad and veggies
probably an oz of sweetpotato

Its amazing what you can stick in those things - I ususally buy my veggies in bulk at Costco or someplace and get a lot of the stuff like beets and stuff that I wouldn't normally eat as a "vegetable" because I hate the taste of them, then usually also try to include some wheat grass and then put in some carrots or apples - something to make it taste decent -- otherwise it is nasty as hell. And don't put onions or anything like that in there - it will make your stomach ball up like a fist instantly.

:lmao: @ the onion comment, I know from experience about that 1. It was also the time I decided to get the BF to try it, poor guy, let's just say he won't try my juice anymore, it's always like well what's in there.

Yes I know I've been a bad girl and haven't been posting. I've been busy and finding time to post in here everyday is hard for me. I've been following my diet and doing my workouts, also the cardio.

This week, I'll start spliting up the cardio doing it in the am, and workouts at night, I'm also going to start cycling my carbs, high, medium, low days.

Right now my mood is not so good, something happened last night that upset me quite abit, and this morning after waking up the feeling hasn't gone away. it bothers me when people (whom I'm supposed to be close to, well this may be in my little world not theirs) judge me and form an opinion on something they know nothing about, and their information is wrong.

In all seriousness, I'm sorry someone's been a dick to you. I think you're quite lovely, and thank goodness for the gym. It doesn't matter if you don't post as much as long as you're taking care of YOU. We'll still be here... (haha, I saw "we" but tomorrow I go back to work and POOF! there I will go!)... whenever you come around. :heart:

It's good. I like the banana cream better, but this def takes care of your chocolate cravings. It's pretty thick, so takes a little longer to drink.
 
It is good isn't in TSO, makes me feel like I'm being naughty! lol When of I'm a perfect little :verygood: LOL

I like to mix mine like a pudding.

So had my bodyfat done, I am at 19%, the trainer who did it told me that from the spots he pinched he can tell my problem is with cortisol and insulin. Great! :rolleyes:

25g protein, glutamine, taurine (forgot my blasted banana)

Meal 3
chicken wrap, salad

Meal 4
3oz tuna, salad

Meal 5
1/2C oatmeal, 25g protein.

My doctor called and my annual test came back abnormal, so I will have to go and get a series of testes to follow-up, I'm so scared because this isn't the first time they have come back abnormal and I had to go through the next series of tests.
