20lbs got in cycle!?

can you do a cycle and get 20lbs good pure muscles?

i google this great cycle

i already did 4 cycles before.
 
you can gain 20 pounds yes of a combination of water and fat.. , but 20 pounds of muscle absolutely not (if it was true I would weigh 500 pounds right now and be all muscle with all the cycles i have done!) ..

everyone wants a short cut and instant results.. sounds like thats what you are trying to get by your post. it doesn't work like that

aim for 2-3 pounds of net muscle per cycle after PCT. that is the healthy and smart way to go. if i can get that per cycle I am extremely pleased.

Exzactly! If your gaining 6-12 a year is alot imo.

Ppl always want to gain all this weight it just isnt a mountain of muscle.

2lb of muscle per cycle? What cycle are we talking about, creatine or whey protein?

funny but 2-3 pounds of net muscle is A LOT on someone who is close to their genetic potential.

now someone who never worked out before and is skinny can easily put on more but i doubt they keep much of it. I don't count water, fat, and lost muscle after pct as gains. many guys do though. thats why you hear of outrageous stories of guys who put on 30 pounds in 1 cycle.
 
And depending on your stats that cycle is too much test and the PCT sucks...
