Well not sure what the hell happened last night, but as I got into bed, my stomach got some interesting pains,
Which kept reoccuring over night..
Many a toilet visits, and a broken sleep later...
Off to my first day of work in 8 weeks


Now it wasn't all that bad,
But definitely did not miss it thats for sure..
Home for a brief moment fix up the kids, and into a gym session,
That felt great getting some strength coming through,
Hit Flat Bench DB Press 45kg a side for 5 reps,
I think that's almost a life time PB, haven't touched this weight since I was around 95-100kg.
Pretty stoked with that.
