2026 log for goal setting

Morning legends
Felt cute and thought I might start a log. Better get it typed before I change my mind and retreat

tl;dr fat cunt became less of a fat cunt

Spent majority of my life as a fat cunt
Last two+ years have been working to change that
Went from 122kg to 85kg by end of last year
Currently sitting just shy of 90 after a little Christmas surplus and increased HGH

Turned 40 during this time. Found TRT along the way. Been mostly trt with occasional increase in dose + mast occasionally for shits and giggles

Somewhat in uncharted territory as goals have shifted several times along the way. Initially just wanted to be "less fat"
Then to get under 100
Then under 90
Never envisaged ending up hanging out in bodybuilding forums

Main thing I need to fine tune is nutrition
Like my goals it's been adjusted along the way - in the beginning you can just drop beers and junk and start dropping fat
The last six months I finally came around to macro tracking better but even that landed at tracking basically everything but eyeballing dinner because always diff meals to keep the family and kids happy and fucked if I'm weighing and measuring different shit every night.
And that's worked fine for now but I think it's time to see how far I can push this

Now that Christmas is done and dusted I've been turning all the levers one by one and then will look to have a solid plan in place by Aus day after a quick family holiday

good question. In uncharted territory, but currently ride out this mild surplus post Christmas then get back to cutting so that to can do a big boy cycle after
