PM me if you want the cycles a top guru set up for me. I have a similiar body type. You might want to reconsider going pro tho, because trust me your life will be ruled by drugs. But you are young so give it a whirl.lol
 
honestly i've never used d-bol....i was thinkin about using anadrol next winter. D-bol is good if your lean aready and your using it with test. If your really over 14% b/f I wouldent use it. keep in mind 5-10 mg of d-bol is good for a postive protein balance. so u can use it as a suppliment.
Galaxy- I would really like your help. Im gonna pm you. I need help with cycles cause I have almost anything available.

Big Mike, I'm going to take your advice and keep it simple and go with Test/Deca for my First Cycle.

Test Enanthate@500mgs for 12 weeks
Deca@200-300mgs for 10 weeks
Winny(Oral)@50mgs ED weeks 10-15
HCG@250ius twice a week throughout
[email protected] EOD

I went with Deca mainly for the joint lubrication. I had ACL surgery on my knee 6 years ago and it stiffens up every now and then. I'm going to close out it out with Winny to dry out before heading into PCT. I have no doubt I can put on 20-25lbs. I thought about adding Dbol for the first 4-6 weeks, but I don't want to have to deal with the KILLER lower back pumps I've heard about. Especially, since I'll be Squatting twice and Deadlifting once a week.
 
if your problem is minor deca will heal it, or if not its a temporary cure. looks like a nice cycle, a-dex keeps the water down. also are you using clomid or hcg at the end
 
u really dont need the nolva....its really not effective for pct....do clomid 10-14days after your last shot as follows. 1st day, 150mg 2nd day, 100mg, 3rd 50 mg till you finish off the tabs. use the nolva during if you aready have it
 
looking great man.. i think you typo'd in one of your posts i could have swore i seen 12.5 bf then all of the sudden 6 or 7 or something of that nature.. anyhow looking huge..

Big Mike, do you think I should include the Dbol for the first 4 weeks? Or leave it out?
 
if u wanna blow up....b/f will go up with water..if its a first cycle i say leave it out....if you wanna gain to fat too try it, use 1mg of a-dex a day. right now im about 10-11% b/f down 2 years ago at 17%, one picture im around 5% the other about 8%
 
If your askin for my diet here it is, today.. 9 am 8 hard boiled eggs 2 yolks 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter (2tbsp), 11 am 4 more eggs whole, 2 small chicken breast on rye with lettace tomato, iced coffee reg milk with 1 equal, 2pm fruit, brown rice 1/2 lb of grilled steak with spinach, 4:30 pm grilled samon 1/2 lb with brown rice and spinach, 7:00 pm 30 oz vanilla metrix with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 10 mg of L-glutimine, banana and skim milk/ice, 7:30 1/2 lb of chicken with brown rice and spinach. 10 pm shake again 11pm 4 tbsp of peanut buter and 12 oz of whole milk

Detroit , fats don't make you fat.. carbs make you fat. Some people aviod milk because of the lactose (1 glucose + 1 galactose). I don't like the peanut butter diet , but I think peanuts are a good substitute for unnecessary carbs.

Plus he's 22, a young guy can eat anything and prolly not put on excess bodyfat. It probably won't be that way at 32.
 
Jinotropin because of price. Honestly the best diet tips are stay the hell away from salt and all processed foods, cook all your own food, also stay away from sugars. Best advice stay home on sunday and cook for the week like a real bodybuilder.

too much fat will make you fat bro, you're right about too much carbs make you fat....moderate fat intake is necessary, and I dont know why im arguing with this guys diet, I posted the pics of him...doesn't look like he needs much critiquing ;)
 
peanut butter is good for bulking, its a pretty good diet, if you eat to clean you wont get your 5000-6000 cals, resulting in a waste of a cycle

Ok break down your 5-6k's calorie wise, i know you eat alot of whole eggs, peanut butter, wheat toast, rice, steak, break it down meal by meal if you could ...calories per meal...thnx
