2 weeks cut, 1 week "normal eating"..

Ok, I've been cutting for a couple of weeks now. I've lost a hole lot of bodyfat, but now It feels like I need a week of or so from the cutting. I thought of something like a modified ABCDE diet. To stay on the same bodyweight I have to eat about 3000cals. What if I would Cut for 2 weeks at 2400cals, and then for one week eat 3000-3400cals(maybe even gain some LBM at the same time..), just to get the "I wanna cut up BAD" feeling back again. I wouldn't change anything in the diet more that bump the carbs a bit. I still would do the same amount cardio and hourss in the gym per week. Right now I'm pretty fed up with the "I can't eat more that this or that", so I feel I need to change something. I'm also doing 50mg winstrol, Clen at 100 up to 160mcg per day for 5 days, then change to E/C 3 times per day at 25/200 each time, 25mcg T3 each day.
Doing morningwalks for 55 minutes 5 times per week. Also 20 minutes intervalltraining(run 5 minutes, then 1 minute rest and then 5 minutes running and so on..) 2 times per day.

What do U say? Anyone that are doing something simular?

Maybe something like 7 days cut, 5 days "normal eating" +-0 would be better?

I was kinda wondering the same thing. I cracked open Bill Phillip's Supplement guide (3rd edition?) and saw that ABCDE/anabolic burst cycling diet where you overfeed for 2 weeks and then diet for 2 weeks. Is this just "old skool" and no one ever thought it was very good or did it have some merit? I'm sure it's prob. been replaced by things like CKD, but did anyone ever go anywhere with it?

It works but not as how he reccomends it.

You either need to have a longer cutting phase or take it easy on the bulking phase.

Its still not as good as longer times of each however.

IMO, dieting is dieting. Cutting is cuttting. Other than one, maybe two cheat meals per week, you are either dieting or you're not. I think this 2 weeks on, 1 week off stuff is crap. If you want to really cut up, then you need a strict diet for at least a couple months.
