2 Questions. Dianabol all at once? Should I take it on off days?

I'm starting my cycle tomorrow and going on Dbol the first 4 weeks. I'm taking 30mgs a day. I usually work out during my lunch break at work (12PM). I was either going to take it twice a day (8AM, 8PM), or all in the morning. What do you guys think?

Also I will be working out 5 days a week. Should I take it the other 2 days when I'm not working out?

As far as dosages go, you have to determine what works best for you...but I would definitely split the doses into twice per day. I would also take it 7 days per week...even on days you don't work out. After all, you want to keep the dbol in your system to maximize your gains from it.

My cycle last year I didn't take it on my two days off. Right now I'm taking it 7 days a week, and would recommend you taking it 7 days a week. As for the dosage, you're going to get MIXED reviews on that. Most split it up, some all @ once before working out... Me I take 15mg in the morning before working out and 10mg throughout the day. For my bod. that's what works for me. Although, last year I took all 25mg in the morn. before working out, and I think that made a huge difference in the gym with my lifts. Experiment a little....

That is correct. This seems to be a myth that people have with D-Bol. Take 10mg every 8 hours, it will keep your bload levels the most constant.

Take it 7 days a week. Any other manner will have your blood levels all over the place.

That myth seems to play into it THAT MUCH MORE with guys doing dbol only "cycles" :rolleyes:
(probably something to do with the fact that a large percentage of them want the quickest easiest way to do things...:o)

But building a better physique isnt a sprint, its a marathon :)
 
again guys what's the mean half life time of dbol ? i guess it's 4-5 hrs so why we split the doses twice .....!! keep it every 5 hrs through the day ..
