1st winny/deca stack

hey guys, im thinking about taking winny/deca stack for my 1st cycle. im pretty sure i know the dose i need-50 mg eod winny/400 mg deca per week, but what im not sure is how long this cycle should last, and am i going to need anti-e for this stack? im 6-1 185, i work out 4 days a week, would like to gain speed more than anything but some size would be good, too. thanks for your help.

I personally would just keep it simple and go with something like 500mg/week of Testosterone Cyp or Enanthate for 10 weeks. Run some Anastrozone through out until your PCT is finished. Simple, yet effective first cycle and the Anastrozole should keep off all estrgogen induced sides while allowing you to gain some good lbm provided your diet is in check.

Try my principle of KISS (keep it simple stupid). I suggest a simple Test + Deca cycle for your first run. Try around 400mgs test/wk and 400mgs deca/wk. Don't forget your AIs like arimidex and keep nolvadex on hand just in case.

All cycles should be testosterone based but with a test base and long ester like cypionate you will need to frontload for about 3 weeks. If you dont frontload and add Dbol instead or winny (wouldnt suggest it without deca or laura). Lets say Dbol then add .5mg of arimidex eod to get rid of the bloat.

i like your winny/deca idea.
i am a huge fan of deca, and personally i dont use test at all in any cycles.
your deca dose is about right, 400mg/week
but your winny should be taken more often. 50mg ED not EOD
run the deca for 10-12 weeks, and run the winny no longer than 6 weeks, as it can be liver toxic. use some good liver detox meds while on the winny.
and have hcg ready for pct along with ur nolvadex.

I totally agree… Don’t fall in the trap of taking too much gear too early.

I do like deca and winny as one of my cycles, it gives me solid gains that I can keep.

I would keep it short, 8-10 weeks. Yes, you need to run arimidex and keep nolva on hand.

ok, im getting conflicting info, hows this:10 wk cycle 400 mg of deca for the first 4 wks on its own and 50 mg of winny ed,along with the deca for the last 6 wks. what kinds of liver detox should i be taking?

I agree with the test part but winny and deca not good for each other? WTF??? Winny dries out your joints pretty hardcore and deca lubricates them, wheres your quam? Libido? Use dostinex for prolactin, cialis and always use an AI on deca.
