I know exactly how you are feeling. My job is networking and entertaining clients. My life has always been involving friends and family. Now I don't like to leave my place. I just sit there. I don't like being in public. Its so hard to find the right word to describe how I feel. Its like I'm adrift on a raft at see. I don't know how long I will be out there or where I will wind up.
It is hard to keep the high moments high. The gym has been huge for me.
