1st TEST E CYCLE(need advice & tips)
Whats up everybody, new to this forum, i have been doing a lot of looking around at different forums and Elite seems to be the most informative and has more experienced people.
Anyways, im looking to start a 10wk Test-E(MEDISTAR) cycle, so I need any advice or tips I can get.
I have been training on and off since 2008... In 2008 i weighed 285lbs at my highest(mainly fat). Today I weigh in @ 195lbs(more or less in good shape). I have a lot of skin left over from the weight loss which makes me look more fat i guess....
My stats:
21 Y/O
6-01
195lbs
BF UNK
I lift heavy 6 days a week.
BACK&BI'S: SUN&WED
CHEST&TRI'S&SHOULDERS: MON/THURS
LEGS: TUES&FRI

MY CYCLE WILL LOOK LIKE THIS:
Week 1-10 Test E (250mg 2x/week)
Week 3-10 adex .25mg EOD
Week 12-start-- Post cycle/Unleashed capsules (following the label directions)
week 12-start- HCGENERATE 5 CAPS 1X/daily
week 12-start- clom 50/50/25/25
DIET:
3000-3500 cals /day
250g carbs / day
350g protein / day
Please if give me some advice on how my cycle looks or any tips you have that can help me out...
