So I am on the verge of starting my first cycle ever:
Weeks 1-12 : Test E 250mg 2x weekly
Weeks 1-12 : Aromasin 10mg EOD
Weeks 8-12: HCGenerate 3 caps am and 2 caps pm
Weeks 12-18: forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm every day for the 1st 4 weeks then taper down to 3/3 the last 2 weeks
Weeks 12-16: Phytoserm-347 1 cap am and pm
Weeks 12-16: D-spark 2 caps am 2 caps pm
Weeks 16-22: Sarms s-4 25mg twice a day
I realize cardio and diet are key, I work in the medical field and unfortunately have goofy hours...and sometimes I am on my feet for hours with little chance to stop and eat. In the past I have relied on protein shakes, meal replacement....etc. I understand its not ideal but I do my best to hit my nutrients as needed. Also because of these hours I sort of have to get workouts in when I can. As I said not ideal, but I am commited to this and want to make this first cycle count.
My primary goal is to cut, any muscle gains are of course welcome but primarily id like to lose body fat. So my questions are:
1. Id like to do the insanity program again daily - probably very early morning then hit the gym 4 days a week. I have to be realistic and my thoughts here are that something is betetr than nothing. Plus the first time I ran insanity I did quiet well with it, but I figure its a solid 40-50 minute cardio daily. Does this sound reasonable based on my schedule?
2. I know there is no baseline, and everyone is different based on genetics, lifestyle and discipline....but what would be a reasonable goal for this cycle. I dont have anything to base it off of course, but I am curious at the end of 12 weeks what I would consider a success. I am a 33 year old male, 210lbs, 5'11.5
3. I take Adderall 20mg a day, and was considering stopping it while on this cycle. I dont think there is any reports on it being an issue while on it but I guess being my first cycle and all and all the things going in my body I thought it might be a good idea to at the very least stop it for a few weeks. Maybe ill ease in half way through. Good idea?
4. How long do you typically wait between cycles to start another?
5. Lastly. Any advice? I mean taking this cycle, any useful advice for adding to my results?
