1st Test E cycle Questions

So I am on the verge of starting my first cycle ever:

Weeks 1-12 : Test E 250mg 2x weekly
Weeks 1-12 : Aromasin 10mg EOD
Weeks 8-12: HCGenerate 3 caps am and 2 caps pm
Weeks 12-18: forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm every day for the 1st 4 weeks then taper down to 3/3 the last 2 weeks
Weeks 12-16: Phytoserm-347 1 cap am and pm
Weeks 12-16: D-spark 2 caps am 2 caps pm
Weeks 16-22: Sarms s-4 25mg twice a day

I realize cardio and diet are key, I work in the medical field and unfortunately have goofy hours...and sometimes I am on my feet for hours with little chance to stop and eat. In the past I have relied on protein shakes, meal replacement....etc. I understand its not ideal but I do my best to hit my nutrients as needed. Also because of these hours I sort of have to get workouts in when I can. As I said not ideal, but I am commited to this and want to make this first cycle count.

My primary goal is to cut, any muscle gains are of course welcome but primarily id like to lose body fat. So my questions are:

1. Id like to do the insanity program again daily - probably very early morning then hit the gym 4 days a week. I have to be realistic and my thoughts here are that something is betetr than nothing. Plus the first time I ran insanity I did quiet well with it, but I figure its a solid 40-50 minute cardio daily. Does this sound reasonable based on my schedule?

2. I know there is no baseline, and everyone is different based on genetics, lifestyle and discipline....but what would be a reasonable goal for this cycle. I dont have anything to base it off of course, but I am curious at the end of 12 weeks what I would consider a success. I am a 33 year old male, 210lbs, 5'11.5

3. I take Adderall 20mg a day, and was considering stopping it while on this cycle. I dont think there is any reports on it being an issue while on it but I guess being my first cycle and all and all the things going in my body I thought it might be a good idea to at the very least stop it for a few weeks. Maybe ill ease in half way through. Good idea?

4. How long do you typically wait between cycles to start another?

5. Lastly. Any advice? I mean taking this cycle, any useful advice for adding to my results?

Cycle set up looks good. Aromasin can be 12.5 mg e3d...

Careful with the insanity and weight training...don't overdue it. Rest = grow.

Time on = Time off plus. But I'd add Post Cycle and Unleashed to PCT.

Results all depend on you.


I don't know anything about adderrall so I will let someone else answer that.
 
Good, nice to see someone who has been training natural through there 20's, and then been serious about their research before scheduling their first cycle. I can see needto's fingerprints on this cycle, so don't change a thing. Rule of thumb is; Cycle+PCT=Time between cycles. There are great products like Bridge and N2Slin for this time in between, or you may want to consider a SARMS bridge (lots of time to research it, don't get impatient). How about just working out in that morning slot? Would it be a way of keeping your weight training more consistent? Post up your workout plan in that forum and the guys can give you feedback.

Diet; that is what it is all about. I have been living out of tupperware containers for so long, alot of what I consume I don't even consider "food". Figure out your calorie target, get the smart phone app that counts it for you, and plan ahead. It can definitely be accomplished.
 
Thanks buddha! Yeah I worked very hard to cut the 65lbs ive lost so far and really wanted to take this step but knew I needed to get educated on it first. Both you and needto have helped a lot. Im pretty excited about this. Yeah youre right on....Needto was great about helping me get this one together. Guy knows his stuff for sure.

Thanks for the info, I wont be rushing into a 2nd cycle but am def curious to see how my body responds to this one. I did order a bottle of n2slin as well so ill do that as well. Ive started reading about sarms and have been keeping notes on it so I can explore that option when the time comes.

The workout in the morning isnt a bad idea, just with my hours and the logistics of getting to the gym and all I felt like this maybe more reasonable. The gym I can easily hit on the way home. I only went this route as I felt it gave me the least opportunity for failure time management wise. But yeah thats a good idea, ill type out my routine and post it to get advice.

Yeah I figured out my bmr, macros...etc. I, like you, have long been living out of tupperware. Every sunday I cook for the week and have it stacked in the fridge. Thanks again buddy, looking forward to following your progress as well. I think I told you already but I copied your cycle for later, maybe a few from now ill run that same one!
