I know i know far too much Bread in my diet..... That's why I've come to you guys. I'm not nearly strict enough on my Protein/Carb/fat intake. Although i am aware that i will have to find something to suit my specific needs a simple outline would save me a lot of trouble in the beginning. As you can tell by my diet i am not nearly serious enough to begin on the Test. Thats why I've looked towards your guidance and wisdom as i am somewhat a beginner into taking what i put into my body seriously. Plz do not laugh at my diet lol, although i know it may be a chore not to do so...

Post your age no one is in the mood to play games

So let me ask u this....

You want to risk damaging your ability to produce a natural level of testosterone?

I do appreciate the natural concern for my well being, however this thread is more about my diet than the test e cycle....

I apologize for any confusion that may have caused. First i want to begin by getting my diet in check before even considering the test e cycle. When that time comes then i will be able to answer your question to the best of my ability and will appreciate every word of advice that you guys can give me. For the time being though, help on my diet would be much much appreciated.

Also i did not mean to dance around the question in my earlier post.. I was a little bashful because i have seen some of the things that you guys say to the kids who do not have any idea what they are getting theirselves in to. I on the other hand am going to research as much as humanly possible before ever embarking on something as serious as anabolic steroids. Hence my need to figure out my diet

Your basically only eating 1 chicken breast, 1 can tuna, and 8 eggs all day. Then you have a 12 hour window with no food at all. See the problem yet? Your only getting alittle over a 100 grams protein from food. You need to triple this. Cut out all that bread and eat some oats, rice, and potatoes for carbs. Maybe a little pasta here and there. Add some veggies in aswell.

this with teh exception of replacing the bread for other carbs
carbs are carbs, with teh exception of "fullness factor"
i.e
cut out all the bread
replace with either 1 slice of bread or 1 serving of potato or rice
the rice will be "much more" then the bread (qty wise) but if you like bread, eat THAT instead

BUT make sure to replace all those cut carbs, with protein man. 100g is just not enough
eat more chicken.

also, try cutting out some eggs for eggwhites. Double your egg intake (but switching to whites) and that cuts out teh Fat, thus increasing protein without increasing calories.

and yes, more fibrous and green veggies (spinach, broc, celery) as things to hold you over and help fill up those missing high calorie carbs

if yoru still hungry. hit up sugar free jello 95% water, you could eat your WEIGHT in that and not gain.
