1st Test e cycle.... Diet help!!!

The forums here have a huge amount of information on every type of diet for every type of goal. The guys here can sometimes be blunt, but you know your under the age where we will talk to you about AAS, yet you post in that section. And I know that it might seem like we are rough on guys who don't know what they are doing, but looking at your diet, you don't know what your doing.

Get your training and diet together using these forums. Post them for tweaking, and then train your but off until you max out your natural potential (6 to 9 years). Then you can start reading the stickies in the AAS section to get an idea about a responsible cycle.

Meal 1
two whole eggs
2 cup egg whites
1 cup oats
1 cup pineapple

Post workout
4 scoops carnivore mass
1 banana
bcaas
glutamine

Meal 3
2 cups brown rice
12 0z steck

Meal 4
10 oz chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup brown rice

Meal 5
2 cups green beans
1 cup brown rice
10 oz white fish

Meal 6
2 cups greek non fat yogurt
1 scoop whey
1/4 tbsp almonds
Drizzle of honey for flavor

Meal 7
2 scoops anabolic whey
1-2 scoops casein.
