You should'nt need an anti e at those doses except maybe for coming off. As far as bloat goes unless you are on a cutting cycle who cares. Using armidex to stop estro conversion may sound like a good idea but the fact is the increased estro keeps your cholesterol levels balanced. Nolvadex can be used to prevent estro side effect like gyno if that's an issue but at those doses I doubt they will be.
